Uni-tel and 360 Business Tool can be set up to handle both outgoing and incoming calls. In 360 Business Tool, you can click on contact’s or company’s master data, and thus make a call. The system automatically reflects that the call has taken place.

For incoming calls, Uni-tel can be set up in the way 360 Business Tool displays master data of contact person/company reaching out. Hence, customer service has all relevant information ready on the screen.
